2016.05.30Thank you to all our Instagram followers and friends for your constant likes and comments, without them we would have stopped posting long time ago. As you already know our store in Ala Moana has been closed since the past April 1st. Although we where very sad to stop serving bread to our customers and friends, this situation gave us the opportunity to invest more time and resources than ever to improve all our old recipes and develop some new ones. The results with this new almond croissant are very satisfying. We have increased the puff pastry layers and dough hydration to achieve an even softer and flakier croissant.
