*Advice if you’re stocking any kind of bread. Slice it and freeze it! Then take as much as you will eat straight from freezer to toaster, and keep the rest air tight and frozen. The refrigerator take’s out moist and your toast will have worst texture. For our breads, you should be able to keep them for 30day frozen despite having no preservatives.

Hokkaido An Pan. You can differentiate by sight looking at black sesame seeds. Koshi an pan has only white sesame seeds, and Jumbo an pan (only black poppy seeds). The favor and texture it’s also different in all after you taste the filling. Hokkaido an pan it’s smooth and coarse, less sweet than Jumbo and Koshi.
